Depending upon the usual economic factors, as a dive boat legally doing business in San Carlos , having one of the best slips in the marina for this enterprise, etc.; the boat is probably worth over $135K. I need $110, 000 for it. but wiling to take a descent offer. NOW ONY $100,000 USD!!!!!!
I have a strong clientele that will book trips wholesale once or twice a month in the dive season from beginning of March through end of November. The reasons for needing to sell the boat.
Why do I want to sell the boat since it is a wonderful and profitable boat? well, I am 44 almost 45 and my wife 39 and we are pregnant for the first time. she works in Hermosillo, about 75 miles form San Carlos marina, we have a delicate pregnancy but not in danger, but anyway we will concentrate 100% on the baby and I wont have any time to run the business. I love this boat and is sad to let it go, but now my life is taking me to a very different direction. I am sure you will love the boat, it is not a liveaboard, it is CAMPING ON THE WATER, it is safe and fun Camp-aboard !!!!!!
