I mostly used as a part time live aboard because of a long commute from Wine Country to Silicon Valley. This is a perfect use for her because of the spacious interior with high clearance and full apartment like facilities. She is also equipped with a full teak kitchen, cozy sleeping alcove stateroom, dining entertainment area, relaxing lounge area and a bathroom which includes a vanity area and full shower. This boat is a small yacht that is bigger than most NYC studios. Don't waste money on hotels or rent or a second home. And, as mentioned, perfect for breaking up a long commute. Save $$ and pay toward ownership of something. Owner financing can be considered. When the mood strikes you, take her with her 2 powerful crusader engines with low hours for weekends on the water- SF Giant Games @ McCovey Cove, Angel Island, Sausalito, Alameda, the entire Bay Area The perfect part time home on the water with recreational options to boot.

“Coyote Point Marina is located on Coyote Point in San Mateo on the border with Burlingame . It is a regional recreation area that provides a wide variety of things to do-picnicking, swimming, windsurfing, bicycling, jogging, fishing, boating, and the Curissody museum. “

From the Coyote Point website

“Stroll along the beach promenade, visit the marina and its breakwater, or explore the saltwater marsh. See shorebirds, colorful boats, windsurfers, and planes from the San Francisco International Airport has many amenities too, including yacht club membership, golf course, biking- hiking trails and amazing views on the bay beach for long walks or runs. “. There’s even a restaurant/bar at the golf course within walking distance. Be a part of a marina community. You will love it! It’s calm, relaxing and invigorating after hectic work and travel schedules.

This is a perfect housing option for pilots, flight attendants, airport employees, those that travel a lot for work, AND just about anyone who loves nature and hates getting ripped off by soaring Bay Area rental costs!

Like an HOA, all marina rules and regulations must be adhered to. Very reasonable. These standards keep the marina community safe and secure and well maintained. Security is of paramount importance with access through park security, magnetic card parking pass and gated key access to each slip. Parking, storage, and electrical are included with each slip.

I purchased from the original owner in 2008. At that time the boat had around 240-250 hours. In the last 8-9 years since purchased, I’ve only put about 50 more hours on the boat. This Silverton 330 Sport Bridge is powered by TWIN Crusader 8.1L MPI engines. (385 HP each)

Please call me for any additional questions or site inspection. Serious inquires. Potential for owner financing.

Current Hours: 295

* Radar / GPS (Ray Marine)

Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide beam, the single-stateroom floorplan of the 330 is laid out on a single level a few steps down from the cockpit. These are expansive accommodations indeed for a 33-foot boat with excellent headroom, attractive furnishings, and a full-beam salon. (Note that the floorplan was rearranged in 2001.)

On deck, a stairway in the cockpit leads to an oversized flybridge with a wet bar and seating for six to seven adults, and molded steps, on either side of the bridge, lead down to the foredeck area.

Engine access is via a gas-assist hatch in the cockpit, and a transom door and swim platform were standard. Additional features include opening salon windows, a flybridge sun pad, side exhausts, anchor locker, and bow pulpit.

Tender included.

The interior of this boat is in EXCELLENT condition --
Flat screen, teak in kitchen, nice head, lounge area,.. etc.. very well kept inside.

All Replaced/ Upgraded:
New Trim tabs, engine diagnostics CPU added, Upgraded sound system installed, Flat screen TV w/ DVD built in, etc..

The exterior does need some cosmetic work --
She needs a full detail / compound / wax, new enclosure package, Bimini and the 2nd station cockpit seating needs new upholstery. All minor cosmetic things. Nothing major.

Divers have cleaned the bottom every 3-6 months -- The boat is due for a bottom job, at some point in the next 1-2 years.

ALL past service work completed by Drake Marine and Franco Marine

ALL past preventative / seasonal maintenance records are available and included. ALL stored in a binder on board the boat.
